The web site of this nazi party is pnt.libreopinion.com.

Apparently, an Argentine court has just denied legal existence to a group called, "Partido Nuevo Triunfo" (New Tiumph Party - PNT). Probably most of the information on this group is in Spanish (their website is http://pnt.libreopinion.com/), but I've learned this basic background from English language sources: It was founded in 1990 as Partido Nacionalista de los Trabajadores by Alejandro Biondini, evolving from an internet publication. Now, however, it is a real-world group. Biondini ran for president in the 2003 election; I doubt however this was a serious campaign. There are some references to the group being banned before the recent court decision; perhaps they lost on appeal. I don't know if this means their flag is banned as well. Anyway, the flag has the standard red field, white circle, and black emblem of such groups. The emblem looks like a straightened crossed 'European' (at least that's the way I've always thought of it) number 7. I don't know the meaning. I have seen some South African neonazi flags with a 7.

Its just a handwritten seven

The central emblem of the neonazi party Partido Nuevo Triunfo is a number 7. The party explanation is that it is Saint Cajetan number seven (San Cayetano in Spanish, San Gaetano in Italian). The Saint Cajetan Day is August 7, and he is the protector of workers, unemployed people and work seekers. However the number 7 has been used by several neonazi groups in the world. The symbol of the PNT looks like a swastika without 3 arms.

Is there a reason for the darker blue in the Argentine flags in the emblem?
Al Kirsch, 22 Nov 2002

They use a darker blue in their emblem because Argentine neonazis claim back Argentine XIX Century leader Juan Manuel Rosas who used a darker blue in his Argentine flags .

The Argentinian neonazi party Partido del Nuevo Triunfo has a symbol filled with flags: two Argentinian flags (with a darker shade) side a vertical swallowtailed flag similar to a gonfannon, with elements that can be found in the movement's flag. I think it's very possible that this central element is also used as a proper flag.
